Return of the Gravlax

I let the gravlax that was cured, then smoked, sit for a fortnight or so..

At the moment, I can’t believe how good it is…or that I held back from finishing it off on the spot..

But I have special plans for it involving, excess and indulgence, not to mention focusing the camera for a change.. Which is probably iffy.
